Why this form? The people you travel with are the most meaningful parts of a travel experience. We need to make sure all the people who are selected for this Spark Experience edition share the same values, have something inspirational to share with the others and blend as a group. 11. How did you hear about Spark Experience? Who is the friend who recommended it to you?

12. Because of the pandemic’s volatile situation, we DO NOT require a deposit for now - as we usually do - and hope things will stay at least the same. However, once we get closer to the event, we require a $500 deposit 8 weeks before the event, while the balance is due just 4 weeks before the trip. Are you okay with this?

14. The Spark Experience Costa Rica includes accommodation and all activities (paid) listed on the itinerary. Please acknowledge that you will book your own flights to Liberia, Costa Rica.

15. The Spark Experience Costa Rica will contain some activities that may be considered dangerous by some people (catamaran trip, ziplining, wildlife, etc.). Prior to the trip, you will be required to sign a waiver that you will do everything at your own risk. Are you willing to sign it?
